Lesson schedule and school policies

Our approach to learning and lesson scheduling

Dear Parents,

Lessons focus on understanding principles, connecting ideas, and applying learning to new problems. With clear learning goals and a well-structured approach, students can plan their studies and continue learning independently.

Lesson and consultation hours

Grades 3–5 · 60 minutes per lesson
Grade 6 and above · 90 minutes per lesson

All lessons in 2026 are in person.

Weekdays Tuesday–Friday

Regular lessons
4:30–6:00 PM · 6:00–7:30 PM · 7:30–9:00 PM
Grades 3–5: 3:30–4:30 PM

Weekend Saturday & Sunday

11:00 AM–12:30 PM · 12:30–2:00 PM
3:30–5:00 PM · 5:00–6:30 PM · 6:30–8:00 PM
Lunch: 2:00–3:30 PM

Closed on Mondays

All times are Eastern Time. These are operating hours; available lesson times are confirmed individually.

Booking lessons

Family Plan

One lesson each week at a fixed time. Rescheduling is available with a separate $50 Rescheduling Fee.

Extra lessons

Additional lessons outside the regular schedule can be booked at an available time when needed. Payment is due at booking. Once paid, the schedule is fixed and cannot be changed.

Non-recurring lessons

Choose available lesson times without a fixed weekly schedule. An initial Registration Fee applies, along with a $100 Schedule Fee for each lesson, separate from tuition.

The Registration Fee covers the initial preparation of the digital learning space and lesson resources.

When a Family Plan student cannot attend a lesson, study content and practice materials aligned with school progress are still provided to support independent learning.
